Abstract: Sub-Doppler spectroscopy of molecular cesium X-A transition near 1083 nm has been performed using InGaAs distributed Bragg reflector semiconductor lasers. The sub-Doppler recordings of the He-4 triplet lines were used as reference wavelengths, and the absolute wavelengths of several Cs2 lines were determined with an accuracy of 1 part in 10(8). An improvement in the frequency stability was demonstrated by locking one laser to a Cs2 transition and the second laser to a He-4 transition.
