Primary activity: Management of general, analytical and asset accounting through the U-GOV system, specifically:
Management of the procurement cycle for supplies and services and support to RUPs (Project Managers) for public tenders below and above EU thresholds, including PNRR projects, in compliance with the Public Contracts Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023);
Management of the business travel/mission process;
Inventory management;
Management of the revenue cycle and projects;
Protocol and document registration management.

Main experiences acquired: Diploma in Technical Comm.le achieved at ITC “A. Pacinotti” in Pisa, knowledge and use the “windows Office”, system management accounting “SIGLA”, system information protocol “Titulus”, system MEPA/Consip electronic market and good knowledge of English.
