Abstract: Confronted intensity and time distribution of red and green pulses can be manipulated independently from one another. In the short duration range (from 16 to 70 ms), some particuliar effects are recorded, indicating a red-green asymmetry. in addition, the independence of chromaticity and luminosity channels is once more tested, on the basis of exposure time dependence of brightness/luminance discrepancy. Some questions are raised about the dichotomy of red LED effectiveness, compared to the green one, when passing from short to long durations.
