Abstract: Realization of a facility based on a remote-controlled microscopy for the characterization in the field of materials science and biology. Realization of a dedicated structure for data transmission. Acquisition of a state-of-the-art scanning electron microscope (SEM) with imaging capability of organic and inorganic specimens, and configured for electron beam lithography and nanomanipulation Implementation of the remote microscopy operation mode.
