Abstract: A photodetector coupled to a a computer via am AC-DC converte (capacity (or 12 bit) is used to monitor the time changes in daylight illumination. In particular a picture of the successive (percent) changes in lighting is given by averaging input data acrosspre-established time blocks, to refer to frequencies of importance from the biological stand point. This assessment of the instability of lighting, on a fine time scale, might be of importance of those systems, like human vision (and, why not, robotic vision), working on a different sensistivity basis, and where the input is controlled by servomechanisms.
