Abstract: The main primordial form of our distal senses is Human olfaction, provide information and knowledge of different chemicals from remote sources in real time.
Humans emit a complex array of non-volatile and volatile molecules. In this study we’ve applied a Small Sensors System (S3) device, based on metal oxide chemiresistors to distinguish the humans odor and to correlate humans habitude to their sweat odors. The results obtained with a cooperation of different technique strongly suggest the use of metal oxide nanostructures to develop gas sensing devices for the humans detection and the early detection of volatile biomarkers of internal disease.
